January kicks off with a FONDU Party! We have selected two high-melting cheeses for your January shipment, perfect for fondu: Fontina Val d'Aosta and Tipperary! We will walk you step-by-step through a classic fondu recipe and provide additional recipe variations. We will also be creating at least two other dishes for you to sample, so you can see your cheeses used and prepared in different ways. What a delicious and exciting way to learn!
There is no cost to Cheese Club Members, and RSVP is required one week in advance of your party to ensure we order adequate supplies. Your guests are welcome, so please include them in your RSVP.

Spokane | Thursday, January 14th | 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Walla Walla | Saturday, January 16th | 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Woodinville | Sunday, January 17th | 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.
